I qualified as an Accountant over 30 years ago -  this was a very stressful career and I was forced to take ill-health retirement following paralysis and Guillain Barre Syndrome - now recovered thankfully. Having previously enjoyed some night classes in Complementary Therapies I decided to retrain as a Complementary Therapist.

I studied HNC Complementary Therapies incorporating Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage and Reflexology and graduated in 2008.

I decided then that I wanted to be my own boss!

Reflexology at Home was launched in 2012.

​

The aim of my business is to help to reduce stress levels and improve the well-being of clients through the mediums of Reflexology (which is a non-intrusive form of massage most usually applied to the feet of the client) and Aromatherapy Massage which is a gentle form of massage utilising aromatherapy oils tailored to the individual client's needs.
